FAQ

How do I change my reminder interval?
Go to Settings in the app, find 'Reminder Interval' option, and select your preferred time interval (e.g., 1 day, 3 days, 7 days, etc.).
Why am I not receiving email notifications?
Please check: 1) Your email address is verified; 2) Check your spam/junk folder; 3) Email notifications are enabled in Settings; 4) Your email address is entered correctly.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Please note that this action is irreversible and all your data will be permanently deleted.
Is my data secure?
Yes, we take data security very seriously. All data is encrypted during transmission and storage. We never share your personal information with third parties. For more details, please read our Privacy Policy.
How do I change my email address?
Currently, you cannot change your registered email address directly. If you need to use a different email, please create a new account with the new email address.
